Horse Camps
Our camps offer its participants a chance to get outside, learn all about horses, make new friends and have a blast making lifelong memories. Camps for beginners thru those jumping. Held at a safe, clean facility with indoor arena, two outdoor arenas, and a large field to ride in, on wonderful lesson horses, in english and western, that love being assistant trainers. Camps are run by Stefanie, who has taught in Fort Collins for 20 years and run many camps over the years, along with older student volunteers, that have been in the program.
Have your own horse? Bring your partner along to one of our day camps!
Please plan on sending campers with water bottle, lunch, snack, and sturdy boots suitable for riding.
Read camp descriptions for more information and please feel free to reach out with any questions. $25 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Camps are kept to 10 campers, so they get the most out of their time at the barn. 4-Day Camps, drop-in days, and day camps available.
Spring Horsemanship Camp
March 11-14

Come celebrate spring with the ponies! We will take a deep dive into all things horses through fun and educational games, activities, and hands on learning. Campers will learn knew skills or strengthen the ones they already have.
Learning takes place in and out of the saddle.

Summer Horse Camp - Beginner week
June 3-6

This camp is for those kiddos just starting out or who have no prior horse experience. We start the week learning all about safe horse handling, catching, grooming, and basic equipment we will be using to ride. We'll learn through games, hands on activities, and time with the horses in and out of the saddle. We will all cool down bathing horses on those hot day. Come make new friends both four- and two-legged while being immersed in the woonderful world of horses.

Summer Horse Camp - open week 8yr-14yr

Send your kiddo to make new friends and dive into the world of horses, riding, and hard work that pays off. Daily riding and hands on activities will fast track the campers to feeling comfortable and confident on their equine journey. Open to all abilities, western and english. This week will give more experienced riders to help demonstrate while honing their skills and less experienced riders to see what is possible while they strt out.

Summer Horse Camp - Intermediate Week

This camp is for those already comfortable thru canter/lope and want to further their riding and handling skills while making friends and having a great time. We will cover all things horses and have lots of time in the saddle and beginning ground training techniques and horse/rider fitness. We may work on obstacles in the arena or go for a ride out in the fields, always working towards personal goals.

Day Camp Jumping

Campers will start the day checking in, chatting about their strengths, weaknesses, and goal setting. We'll head to the jump arena to learn about courses, and set our poles and jumps. Campers will grab a snack and then get horses ready while we discuss correct equipment, how to check for safety issues, and proper care. Riding instruction will cover how to warm-up, rider and horse fitness and then the fun of pole and course work begins.
After riding we'll cool off while bathing the ponies.
Campers will have a blast while furthering their riding abilities.

This camp is for those already comfortable with the basics and jumping up to 2'. We will spend the day working towards personal goals and making sure campers have fun and improve. We will have jumping in the arena and in the field.
